Foxglove Goods

Checks, guides and letters for shopping safely online

About Foxglove Goods

Foxgloves are beautiful and best admired from a distance. So are some online shops.

What it is

Foxglove Goods helps before and after you buy online: a shop safety checklist and a red flags guide for spotting fake shops, and a refund request letter, a delivery complaint letter and a chargeback timeline for when an order goes wrong.

How it works

Everything runs in your browser. Your checklist answers and letter details are kept in your browser's local storage on your device and nowhere else, and nothing you type is sent to a server. Once a page has loaded it keeps working without a connection. There are no accounts and no cookies.

What it is not

It is general information, not legal or financial advice. Consumer rules differ between countries and change over time; where a page mentions a law or a deadline it names its source, and the numbers you rely on, such as dispute windows, can be edited. For your own case, ask your card issuer or a consumer advice service. Nobody pays to appear here: there are no adverts or affiliate links.

Two recommendations

Each page's footer links to two free services, CleanTempMail and WebTraceCheck, and some pages explain when they help. They are separate sites with their own privacy policies.
